SYDNEY

GETTING THERE

By air: Sydney's Kingsford Smith International Airport lies just 8km south- west of the city and enjoys connections to dozens of cities worldwide.

From the airport:
Taxis: it costs around $30 AUD to the city centre.
Bus: Airport buses are cheap and readily available.
Train: The train station is at the north end of the International terminal, accessible from the Arrivals Level. Trains leave every 10 minutes for the 13-minute journey to the city centre, at a cost of $14 AUD.

ACCOMMODATION

PokerStars qualifiers will be staying at the luxurious Star City Hotel but Sydney also boasts a wide variety of other hotels from de luxe through standard to Bed and Breakfast style accommodation.
