- What is the Asia Pacific Poker Tour?
- The PokerStars.net Asia Pacific Poker Tour (APPT) is aseries of major poker tournaments conducted throughout the Asia Pacificregion. Season 5 of the APPT starts in Mebourne, July 29-Aug 1 2011. APPTevents take place in some of the most luxurious casinos in the region.

The APPT reserves the right to cancel or alter details of listed events atits discretion. - What is the structure for Asia Pacific Poker Tourevents?
- Most APPT Season 5 events are four-day tournaments, witha varying number of Day 1's. Most events will incorporate a 20,000 startbank and 60 minute blind levels. The structure for the APPT Melbourne event willincorporate a 30,000 start bank. Full structure and event schedules oncereleased can be found by clicking the "TOURNAMENTS" tab aboveand selecting the venue of your choice.
- What poker game will be played in the APPT main events?
- The main events will all be No Limit Hold'em. Sideevents, Sit & Go tournaments or cash games may feature other pokergames such as Omaha.
- Is there an agreement I need to sign to appear in anAPPT event?
- A condition of entry into any tournament on the APPTwill be the completion and signing of a TV release form.
- Can I play even if I don't sign the agreement?
- No. The release form is a requirement for participationin any APPT event.
- How old do I have to be to participate?
- Macau – 18+ (local players 21+) | Melbourne - 18+ | Auckland -20+ | Philippines - 21+
- Is my food included in the price of the trip?
- No. But many casinos offer free buffet services forplayers (not their guests) on the day(s) they are playing
- Do I need a passport to attend an APPT event?

Yes. All players travelling abroad will need apassport.
